Anthropic is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to drive end-to-end security tooling and controls across the corporate environment.

You’ll mentor and implement threat modeling, endpoint hardening, and zero-trust strategies, while collaborating with IT, Security, and Engineering to scale governance for AI-powered systems.

The position emphasizes hands-on engineering, automation, and policy-driven decisions with a hybrid work model in the United States.

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint security engineering on macOS, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS and related platform capabilities
• Proficiency in Python and scripting; build integrations, automation, and tooling
• Working depth in identity and access management, SaaS security, and zero-trust access
• Threat-modeling judgment to scope problems, define done, and drive to completion
• Care for Anthropic's mission and the corporate security role

Responsabilités

• Drive endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS with device management configuration, allowlisting, patching, and policy enforcement
• Extend device-trust and zero-trust access controls so systems are reached from managed devices
• Build automation and integrations to scale joiner/mover/leaver, posture-driven policy, and triage workflows
• Lead SaaS and identity governance including OAuth grants, delegated admin access, and browser extensions
• Partner with Security, IT, and Engineering on telemetry, detections, and standards for AI-powered environments
