Anthropic is seeking a senior Security Engineer to design and ship controls-as-code, drive threat-modeling, and build automation for scalable protection across endpoints and identities.

You will own end-to-end security tooling, shape direction with IT and Engineering, and help secure the company’s AI-powered environment while preserving usability for employees. This is a hands-on IC role requiring practical security expertise.

Qualificações

• Hands-on endpoint security engineering across macOS, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for integrations and tooling.
• Experience with identity and access management, SaaS security, and zero-trust.
• Threat-modeling judgment to scope problems and drive to completion.
• Care for Anthropic's mission and security's role.

Responsabilidades

• Drive endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS with versioned controls.
• Extend device-trust and zero-trust access controls for managed devices and proper access.
• Build automation and integrations to scale onboarding, onboarding, and triage workflows.
• Lead SaaS and identity governance, including OAuth, delegated access, and security reviews.
• Partner with Security, IT, and Engineering on telemetry, detections, and standards.
