Job summary

Safetytalent is seeking a security-focused engineer in San Francisco to embed security across the software development lifecycle for Anthropic's AI systems and internal tools. You will lead threat modeling, review secure design, and build tooling to scale security reviews.

You will manage vulnerability programs, coordinate remediations, and help engineers become security champions through clear policies and training.
