Job description

Responsibilities

• In this role, you'll build security into every phase of the software development lifecycle for Anthropic's AI systems and internal tools.
• Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews to identify and mitigate risks early in the development process.
• Develop tooling to scale security code reviews and help developers implement secure coding practices.
• Manage vulnerability and bug bounty programs, including validation, root cause analysis, and remediation coordination.
• Create security policies, standards, and educational resources that enable all engineers to be security champions.
