Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a security engineer to strengthen infrastructure, application, and cloud security across multiple teams. You will secure Kubernetes and container platforms in production, automate tooling with Python, and contribute to architectural security reviews.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud environments, scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform), and a BS in CS or related field. Some US travel may be required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong focus on infrastructure, application and cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes (K8s) and container platforms in production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).
• Experience with security systems in Cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Review system design and implementations from multiple teams to assess security posture and make recommendations to architecture from threat modeling.
• Develop automation using Python and other programs to help integrate various systems.
• Write documentation including policies and procedures for network, containers, cloud.
• Design and implement infrastructure security controls for servers, cloud environments, and container platforms.
• Help contribute to external-facing requirements including supporting customer and vendor audits.
• Travel within the US may be required on an irregular basis.
