Infoblox is seeking a Senior Security Engineer for the Product and Enterprise Security team, based hybrid in Tacoma, WA. You will own security engineering end to end across cloud, Kubernetes, network, identity, and endpoints, designing and hardening controls and automating with Terraform and CI/CD.

You’ll work with Wiz, Fastly, CrowdStrike and other tools to shape a broader security program in a fast-growing multi-cloud environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure engineering, or cloud/DevOps roles, with at least 3 years focused on securing infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on experience securing at least one major cloud platform using infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines; multi‑cloud experience is a strong plus.
• Depth in two or more infrastructure security domains, such as CSPM/CNAPP, WAF and network security, IAM and Zero Trust, or EDR and endpoint security.
• Solid scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar, including practical use of AI/LLM tools to accelerate engineering work.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, cloud architecture, and common attack paths across infrastructure.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, cloud provider security specialties, or CKS are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, implementation, and hardening of security controls across cloud, identity, and endpoint infrastructure.
• Deploy, tune, and operate cloud security platforms and drive remediation of misconfigurations with engineering teams.
• Secure the network edge by managing WAF, DDoS protection, network segmentation, and firewall policy for internet-facing and internal services.
• Advance identity and Zero Trust strategy, including least-privilege IAM, SSO and MFA enforcement, and agentic identities.
• Own and manage our EDR platform across endpoints and cloud workloads, including deployment and policy tuning.
• Build and maintain security automation and guardrails as code using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting.
• Partner with product and platform teams to secure how our products are deployed and operated.
• Perform security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and assessments; support compliance and audit readiness.
