Veeam, in partnership with Securiti, seeks a Staff Security Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership across product and application security. Shape secure architecture, strengthen the SDLC, and lead vulnerability response for cloud and AI capabilities.

This senior IC role covers threat modeling, cloud security across AWS/Azure/GCP, AI security, and supply chain risk. You will scale security practices and collaborate with engineering teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security with SaaS or cloud-native experience.
• Strong coding and code-review in multiple languages.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant cloud security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own secure SDLC across portfolio with threat modeling, design reviews, and secure code review.
• Provide security leadership for AI capabilities and model supply chain risk.
• Improve SBOM controls and integrate security into engineering workflows.
• Lead vulnerability response from reproduction to remediation and disclosure.
• Perform targeted penetration testing and security research across apps and cloud services.
• Strengthen software supply chain security with signed builds and dependency governance.
• Build reusable security libraries and developer enablement programs.
• Track remediation metrics and engineering adoption.
