Job summary

P-11 Security, Inc. seeks a Security Control Assessor to conduct comprehensive assessments of management, operational, and technical security controls for information systems, including SAP, SCI, and collateral environments.

The role emphasizes RMF/JSIG compliance and close collaboration with government stakeholders. Requirements include a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, willingness to submit to a polygraph, and DoD 8570.01-M certifications within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years related experience
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in SAP, SCI or Collateral Information Systems (IS) Security
• Prior performance in the role of ISSO and ISSM

Responsibilities

• Perform oversight of IS security program policy and RMF implementation
• Assess ISs per RMF/JSIG guidelines
• Advise ISO/IDO/PSO/DAO/AO on assessment issues
• Evaluate Authorization packages and provide recommendations
• Evaluate threats to determine additional safeguards
• Advise Government on impact levels for CIA
• Prepare SAR for Authorization boundary
• Initiate POA&M with weaknesses
• Provide written recommendations for security authorization
• Discuss authorization with AO/DAO
• Review sanitization procedures and assist inspections
• Assist with security incidents related to cybersecurity
• Ensure SDLC phases are addressed
• Evaluate hardware/software security impact
• Evaluate Continuous Monitoring effectiveness
• Represent customer on inspection teams
