Job summary

Prodata Systems in Belgium is seeking a security consultant to join a team serving customers mainly in Belgium with travel abroad possible. You'll design, implement and support security-based solutions for diverse projects.

You will discover and test new solutions, participate in trainings, build architectures, perform audits, deliver product demonstrations, and provide pre-sales technical support. Strong knowledge of networking, security governance, and identity management is required.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP and core network services (DHCP, IPAM, DNS).
• Solid experience in perimeter security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, penetration testing).
• High experience in content security (anti-malware, web security software/appliances, URL filtering, content inspection).
• Strong skills on Identity Management technologies.
• Knowledge of security management solutions (UTM, SIEM, audit).
• Experience in Security governance and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Discover and test new security solutions, components or features.
• Build architectures and designs based on customers’ requirements.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and product demonstrations.
• Perform audits and suggest improvements.
• Document customers’ infrastructures and implementation details.
• Coordinate projects and activities and participate in initiatives.
• Keep up to date on new technologies, standards and evolutions.
