Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Senior Security & IT Infra Consultant to join our Diegem office in Belgium. You will work hands-on in a lab environment, design and test secure network solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor on networking and cybersecurity.

The role involves full lifecycle engagement from design to handover, with an emphasis on independent ownership and continuous skill development in networking and security. On-site presence is required in Diegem.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field; equivalent combination accepted.
• 10+ years of experience in security/IT infrastructure and networking.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are assets.
• Knowledge of computer networking and network security.
• Experience with Linux (CLI and network configuration).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible) and scripting (Bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build and test secure network solutions.
• Review customer network and security capabilities and posture.
• Set up and maintain PoC environments in the lab.
• Provide high-level guidance during deployments and migrations.
• Create and maintain operational procedures and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners on requirements and testing.
