Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Security Compliance & Assurance, to coordinate audits and ensure regulatory alignment across SOC, FFIEC, ISO, PCI, SOX, and NIST.

The role supports cloud environments and partners with product teams to embed compliance early in the lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 6+ years coordinating IT compliance, strong audit readiness skills, and experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud and Azure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years coordinating IT security compliance and audit activities.
• Strong knowledge of SOC, FFIEC, ISO, PCI, SOX, and NIST controls.
• Experience with cloud-native compliance expectations across platforms.
• Ability to review evidence quality and map controls to requirements.
• Ability to drive audit readiness and track remediation actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Manage end-to-end audit lifecycle and evidence collection.
• Validate control design and operating effectiveness; track findings and remediation.
• Enable cloud-native compliance and SOC readiness for Google Cloud and Azure.
• Partner with product teams to embed compliance early in the lifecycle.
• Provide oversight for vulnerability management and risk exceptions.
• Consolidate procedures into a unified governance framework.
• Develop leadership-level reports on audit readiness and program outcomes.
• Participate in governance, risk, compliance, and security initiatives.
