Akamai Technologies, Inc. seeks a Security Compliance Specialist Principal Lead to drive enterprise-wide security compliance initiatives across complex cloud environments.

You will architect applicable control frameworks, work with cross-functional teams, and lead end-to-end audits to ensure perpetual readiness. Requirements include 10+ years of relevant experience, DoD/NIST/ISO/PCI frameworks, and credentials such as CISSP/CISA/CISM/CCSP.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a BA/BS or graduate degree.
• Experience with security compliance programs across multiple frameworks (DoD SRG IL4/IL5/IL6, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/53, FedRAMP, SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GovRAMP).
• Experience in a Cloud Service Provider environment or as a consultant/assessor with a Third-Party Assessment Organization.
• Proven ability to interface with senior executives and defense/government stakeholders and translate compliance into business enablement.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CMMC Assessor/Professional, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent credentials.

Aufgaben

• Architect and implement unified control frameworks satisfying DoD and international requirements.
• Collaborate with security architects, engineers, and system owners to test and maintain verifiable controls.
• Serve as primary interface for 3PAOs, C3PAOs, auditors, and defense agencies.
• Manage end-to-end assessment lifecycles, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking.
• Synthesize audit findings into risk models, reports, and strategic briefings.
• Drive continuous monitoring and recurring audits across lifecycles.
