Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Security Compliance Specialist Principal Lead to architect unified control frameworks and drive enterprise-wide compliance across cloud environments and defense frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and BA/BS or Graduate Degree.
• Experience with security compliance programs across DoD, NIST, ISO and other frameworks.
• Experience in Cloud Service Provider environments or with a Third-Party Assessment Organization.
• Proven ability to interface with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Credentials such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Architect and implement adaptable, unified control frameworks for DoD and other authorization requirements.
• Collaborate with security architects, engineers, and system owners to design verifiable controls.
• Serve as primary technical interface for 3PAOs, C3PAOs, external audit bodies and defense agencies.
• Manage end-to-end assessment lifecycles, evidence gathering and remediation.
• Synthesize gaps and regulatory shifts into actionable risk models and reports.
• Drive ongoing monitoring and audits to ensure perpetual readiness.
