Qualifications

• Track record of shipping and operating complex software in a senior engineering role.

• Experience working across product and business functions in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to lead ambiguous work from definition to production results.
• Experience coaching peers or leading technical programs without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and secure product and platform practices.
• Own architecture and decisions for high-impact products and platform capabilities.
• Translate business goals into engineering plans and milestones.
• Build and improve production systems with reliability, security, and performance.
• Raise engineering standards through design reviews, documentation, testing, and operational discipline.
• Mentor engineers and improve collaboration across product, data, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Use metrics and incident learning to prioritize technical investment and reduce recurring risk.
