Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Extensive experience assessing security in cloud, internet tech, infrastructure, apps, and data governance.
Expertise in PCI DSS requirements, control assessment, and audit support.
Proven experience designing security architectures and control frameworks for distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Assess cloud, network, infrastructure, and application designs against security and compliance requirements.
Translate requirements into technical specifications, security blueprints, and engineering guardrails.
Support compliance programs, control assessments, and audits using Akamai's common control framework.
Collaborate with engineering and InfoSec to investigate security risks and define remediation.
Improve adoption and monitoring of security controls through AI and automation.
