Job summary

AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Architect to define and maintain our enterprise security architecture.

You will lead security strategy across security engineering, operations, cloud security, IAM, data protection, and vendor reviews, coordinating with executives and business stakeholders to align with regulatory requirements. You will guide incident response, threat analysis, and security modernization efforts while mentoring teams and ensuring secure design across

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or related technical disciplines.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent certification/work experience.
• Certifications in security would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture and standards.
• Lead security architecture reviews for infrastructure, cloud, apps, and network.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Support Microsoft 365 security, IAM, data protection, and cloud security initiatives.
• Evaluate vendors, lead proof-of-concept activities, and drive modernization.
