Raytheon in Goleta, CA, onsite, is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to support industrial security functions. You will manage clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical security for high-value contracts. You must hold an active SECRET clearance and be a U.S.

citizen. The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with preference for NISPOM/ICD 705 exposure and Microsoft product familiarity.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET clearance required.
• Experience with NISPOM, ICD 705 or classified environments preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Administer security clearance briefings for employees granted a clearance.
• Conduct debriefings upon retirement/termination.
• Ensure compliance of personnel security activities with requirements.
• Perform self-inspections, program reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Manage day-to-day security programs, processing, audits, and logs.
• Analyze security issues and provide solutions.
