Job summary

The Senior Security Analyst, Financial Systems at Carnival Cruise Lines leads advanced security monitoring, risk assessment, and control activities across the GFiT environment, aligning with ITGC and SOX requirements. You will provide SME support during implementations and incidents, partnering with application, infrastructure, and governance teams while supporting audits.

This role operates with a high degree of independence and drives continuous improvement of security processes and controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Security, Security Operations, IT Audit and/or compliance of financial systems.
• Preferred professional certifications in compliance or financial systems (e.g., GIFS, CISM, CEH, SSCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Remote role with occasional travel to Carnival headquarters in Miami, FL; candidates in US remote hubs prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Lead security monitoring and incident management for GFiT financial systems.
• Conduct security risk assessments and oversee control remediation.
• Provide SME input during system implementations and changes.
• Support audits and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of security standards and practices.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
