Job summary

Carnival Cruise Lines seeks a Principal Analyst, IT Compliance to lead assessments of IT controls ensuring SOX/PCI compliance. You will interface with auditors, advise senior management, and drive remediation programs while maintaining data confidentiality.

The role requires 7+ years in regulatory IT compliance, certification like CISA/CIA preferred, and the ability to develop executive dashboards. Remote work with travel to Miami may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years’ experience in regulatory IT compliance, PCI and SOX.
• Experience conducting audits and implementing access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT regulatory assessments and review evidence for SOX/PCI.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and leadership.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, controls, and reports.
• Lead remediation programs and risk mitigation efforts.
