Qualifications

• 2-3+ years hands-on SOC/MDR experience.
• Experience triaging alerts across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage security cases across cloud, identity, endpoint, and SaaS environments.
• Recommend and document case outcomes with evidence for customer reports and product improvement.
• Build and refine detections to reduce noise and close coverage gaps.
• Fix and maintain the detection library to ensure high-quality content.
• Conduct threat hunting to uncover attacker activity missed by automated detections.
• Investigate security incidents and piece together timelines for lateral movement, persistence, or exfiltration.
• Contribute to investigation playbooks and standardize techniques for scale.
• Engage with detection engineering to surface patterns and validate detections in production.
