Qualifications

• 4+ years in security operations in SOC/MDR environments with senior or Tier 3 experience.
• Deep understanding of identity, cloud, endpoint, and SaaS telemetry and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience with AI-assisted investigations or automation and strong judgement.
• Excellent written communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the investigation and the decision; establish what happened and determine impact.
• Investigate with depth across identity, cloud, endpoint, and SaaS telemetry.
• Drive containment and guide customers through actions and next steps.
• Move fast to verdicts; work by risk and keep critical work moving.
• Be the security partner customers trust; communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hunt threats across environments and surface new detections.
• Help design Apollo’s investigative workflows and reporting standards.
• Make the platform sharper by feeding findings back into detection engineering.
