Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Lead Security Specialist to support DHS OHS Immediate Office and Mission Support Operations in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes developing SOPs, program management, and training to safeguard classified information.

The ideal candidate has experience with adjudication, background investigations, and security operations, and will coordinate with DHS and GSA for secure hardware and access control. On-site work in Washington, DC is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of specialized experience in adjudication and background investigations.
• Experience reviewing ROIs for applicants, contractors, and employees.
• Ability to make security determinations within agency authority.
• Strong writing skills for evaluations and issues.
• Proficient Windows computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and draft OHS SOPs including SCI and collateral development and operations.
• Provide document control and accountability of classified information, and draft guidance for classification management marking guides.
• Develop and deliver security training for OHS personnel (Annual Security Awareness, Derivative Classification, SCI, OPSEC, New Hire onboarding).
• Maintain the OHS OPSEC program and access control for OHS spaces.
• Coordinate with DHS Physical Security for installation and maintenance of security hardware and tests of collateral area hardware.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and site surveys to identify weaknesses in OHS security systems.
• Manage incoming foreign visitor program and track visits through ISMS, FAMS, and CI.
• Maintain security-related personnel records and prepare DOE Q clearance requests.
• Identify classified collateral contracts and coordinate DD 254s and collateral program assessments.
