Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Litigate securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Draft briefs, manage discovery, take/defend depositions, and motions practice.
• Collaborate with large litigation teams on case strategy.
• Contribute to overall case management and planning.
