Job summary

WilmerHale is looking for an attorney with 4 to 6 years of post-JD experience to join its team in Palo Alto or other locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills, as well as experience managing significant discovery processes and strong negotiation abilities.

Required experience

• Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts.
• Experience managing large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions, leading teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
• Talented strategic thinker.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.
• State court experience.
• Ability to handle negotiations, meeting and conferring with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor.
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
