Our Securities and Financial Services Department is seeking senior associates who have four to seven years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) in securities litigation matters. Positions are open in Boston, New York or Palo Alto.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

• • Extensive experience litigating in securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• • Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.

• • Experience with large litigation teams.
