• Experience with large litigation teams and managing discovery, depositions and motions.

Responsibilities

• Litigate securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Draft briefs, manage discovery, take/defend depositions and handle motion practice.
• Collaborate effectively within large litigation teams and contribute to case strategy.
