We are seeking candidates with four to six years of post‑JD experience. Prior law firm experience is a plus. This hire can join our practice in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC.

Required experience

• Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts.
• Experience managing large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions, leading teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
• Talented strategic thinker.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.
• State court experience.
• Ability to handle negotiations, meeting and conferring with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor.
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
