Primerica seeks an Attorney to handle securities complaints, respond to SEC/FINRA/state inquiries, and work on special projects. The role is hybrid with two days in the Duluth, GA office and a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year.

Requirements include a law degree and bar admission, Series 6/26 licenses within 90 days, and strong negotiation and communication skills. The position supports the Primerica Companies’ sales force and regulatory compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar admission in any state.
• Securities licenses (Series 6 and Series 26) must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve consumer securities complaints (mutual funds, annuities, accounts).
• Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries and assist reps with required statements and settlements.
• Identify and complete required regulatory reports (Form U-4/U-5, 4530, SAR).
