• Reviews trades for deficiencies (not in good order or NIGO).
• Communicates deficiencies to the writing rep.
• Corrects trades, appends corrections to the application image, and routes image to the appropriate queue.
• Runs daily monitor reports and conducts quality control queues.
• Mails applications not in good order to the appropriate rep and tracks UPS shipments.
• Provides training to new employees within the processing area.
