The candidate should have significant experience in advising on capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances and securitizations.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed and in good standing in the state where you practice.
• Experience advising on capital markets transactions is preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills required.
