ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate to join the 4th through 7th year class in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate has significant experience advising companies on an array of capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations.

Licensure in good standing in the state where you would practice is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in the state where you would practice.
• Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Significant experience advising on capital market transactions.

Responsabilités

• Advise on a range of capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations.
• Provide legal analysis, research, and writing in support of client matters.
• Collaborate with teams across offices to deliver sophisticated legal solutions.
