ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate to join the 4th through 7th year class in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate has significant experience advising on IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations.

A strong academic record, research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. We offer a competitive base salary and a comprehensive bonus program with discretionary incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Candidate must be licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience advising on IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations.
