Job summary

ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate to join the firm’s NYC or other office locations. The ideal candidate has substantial experience advising on IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations, and is licensed in the applicable state.

The base salary range for this role is $275,000 to $355,000 per year, with a comprehensive bonus program and incentives based on performance and firm policy.

Qualifications

• Mid- to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate.
• Experience advising on IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and other capital markets transactions.
• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage complex deals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of securities laws and market developments.
