Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Secure AI engagements, owning workstreams and driving client value across AI security, governance, and deployment. You will translate complex AI security concepts for executives, shape offerings, and contribute to staffing plans.

Travel may be substantial, reflecting client needs and project scope. You will mentor teams, pursue RFPs, and supervise delivery to align with Accenture's standards while advancing Secure AI capabilities and accelerators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity with domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in at least one Secure AI domain: AI security architecture, adversarial AI, or cloud/infrastructure security for AI
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex — used in daily delivery practice
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic/multi‑agent systems, RAG pipelines, MLOps, A2A, AI Gateways, MCP Gateways
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI‑specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model extraction, supply chain attacks
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure their AI-enabled operations
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand‑out AI Security and Governance offerings powered by LLM platforms and other frontier technologies
• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
• Make the business case for the most effective and appropriate secure AI solution recommended to the client
• Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed
• Continue to learn and develop your technical and business expertise in AI security and governance
• Deliver services that meet Accenture Project quality specifications
• Ability to take initiative to communicate, interact, and collaborate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed
