Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for the Secure AI practice in Hartford, CT. You will lead delivery and client engagements, driving Secure AI initiatives across AI security domains and governance frameworks while mentoring teams. Expect travel 75%–100% based on client needs.

Required: 8+ years in cybersecurity with at least 1 year in Secure AI and agentic coding fluency. Strong communication with C-suite stakeholders is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience with domain expertise in at least one discipline.
• Minimum 1 year in a Secure AI domain: AI security architecture, adversarial AI, or cloud/infrastructure security for AI.
• Minimum 1 year in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic/multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, MLOps.
• Minimum 1 year in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model extraction, supply chain attacks.
• Minimum 1 year in AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure their AI-enabled operations
• Design, set‑up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions and ensure that all pieces work together
• Work with project teams to create stand‑out AI security offerings powered by AI platforms and gateways
• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
• Make the business case for the secure AI solution recommended to the client
• Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed
• Continue to learn and develop technical and business expertise in AI security
• Deliver services that meet project quality specifications
• Communicate, interact, and collaborate to address all aspects of a task
