Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Secure AI delivery and client engagements in a US West Coast context. You will own workstreams, coach teams, and translate complex AI security concepts for executives across multiple client engagements.

You will develop and shape Secure AI services and assets, drive sales opportunities, and ensure delivery excellence. Expect significant travel to meet client needs and expand Accenture’s AI security footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Cybersecurity with at least one discipline.
• At least 1 year in a Secure AI domain: AI security or cloud/security for AI.
• At least 1 year in Agentic coding fluency (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex).
• Experience with AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, RAG/MLops.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST RMF, model risk.
• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagements from scoping to delivery and staffing.
• Develop and coach manager-level teams and pursue opportunities from RFP to proposals.
• Translate AI security concepts into business narratives for executives.
• Contribute to Secure AI offerings and asset development.
• Design secure AI deployment solutions and ensure integrated operation.
• Build strong client relationships and drive sales opportunities.
• Deliver services meeting project quality specifications.
• Travel 75%–100% depending on client needs.
