Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Secure AI practice delivery and client leadership for AI security engagements. You will own workstreams, translate AI security concepts for C-suite audiences, and contribute to offering development and asset creation. Expect client-facing roles, program scoping, and delivery across multiple AI domains.

Travel may be required (75%–100%). You will mentor managers, grow practice capabilities, and collaborate to differentiate Accenture’s security

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Cybersecurity experience with domain expertise in at least one discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Secure AI domain: AI security architecture or cloud/infrastructure security for AI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic/multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, MCP Gateways.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security and governance frameworks: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 12 years total, or 6 years with an Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure their AI-enabled operations.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions and ensure pieces work together.
• Collaborate with project teams, leaders, and clients to create standout AI Security and Governance offerings.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for the most effective secure AI solution and present to client stakeholders.
• Contribute to Accenture sales efforts and respond to RFPs / proposals / SOWs.
• Continue to learn foundational AI, security, and related business expertise.
• Deliver services that meet project quality specifications and timelines.
• Communicate proactively with teammates to address all aspects of tasks.
