Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Ohio (Patterson Township) is seeking a Sr. Principal Secure Access Enablement Engineer for the DAFCLOUDworks program.

You will interface with DoD security authorities and OTA partners to provision users, devices, and services onto classified cloud platforms while ensuring RMF, STIG, and DISA compliance. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, IAT Level II, and hands-on IaC with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 12 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience
• Master's degree in STEM with 6+ years of experience
• PhD in STEM with 4+ years of experience
• Active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
• IAT Level II certification within 60 days of start date
• Extensive experience interfacing with DoD security authorities and OTA partners
• RMF, STIG/SRG, ACAS, SCAP, eMASS, XACTA, and Zero-Trust/SASE expertise
• IaC expertise: Ansible, Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Puppet, Pulumi
• Experience designing large-scale onboarding programs for classified clouds
• Leadership experience managing a team of liaison engineers

Responsibilities

• Interface between DoD security officials and OTA partners on classified cloud projects
• Ensure OTA-contracted users/devices/services are provisioned securely
• Maintain RMF, STIG, and DISA compliance
• Lead onboarding programs for classified cloud environments
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
