Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) seeks a Secure Access Enablement Engineer to manage classified cloud onboarding and DoD interface activities. You will coordinate between government security authorities and OTA partners, ensuring RMF compliance and secure provisioning across environments.

You will lead a team of liaison engineers, develop governance standards, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while focusing on secure, scalable solutions for AO/DAO guidance and risk

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience interfacing DoD security authorities with OTA partners on classified cloud projects.
• Deep knowledge of RMF, STIG/SRG, ACAS, SCAP, eMASS, XACTA, and Zero‑Trust/SASE.
• Proven leadership of liaison engineers and contractors in secure onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary autonomous conduit between government security officials and OTA partners on classified cloud projects.
• Ensure OTA‑contracted users, devices, and services are securely provisioned on classified clouds while RMF/compliance is maintained.
• Lead the onboarding program, set standards, and govern enterprise‑wide processes with independent decision authority.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage a team of liaison engineers and contractors.
