The ASDS SBU is seeking a Senior Manager to perform as a Section Leader in the Engineering Execution Team (EET) Department focused on the Strike Initiatives SSBU. As a Section Leader, you will be expected to actively participate in EET leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and program staffing, and provide employee feedback and mentoring. This position provides an opportunity to improve your skillset by contributing to the development of our workforce. Given the unique role-based model of the department, the candidate will need to be an existing IPT Lead within EET. This position is 100% onsite in Tucson, AZ.
This position is 100% onsite in Tucson, AZ. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. This position requires a security clearance.
