Linxon is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Secondary Engineering in Energy and Infrastructure projects in Raleigh, NC. This is a hybrid position requiring expertise in AIS/GIS, BESS, and power systems. The successful candidate will lead engineering, develop specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, is required. Qualifications

• Exposure to ETAP and SEL tools.
• Strong skills in CAD software, including AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of power systems in substation environments.
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) certification.
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience or Master's with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead secondary engineering for AIS/GIS, BESS, Rail, Data Center, and Wind projects.
• Develop specifications, BOMs, and coordinated designs.
• Resolve vendor bid and design issues for compliant solutions.
• Provide expert guidance for protection, control, SCADA, and automation.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review designs, support testing, and uphold quality standards.
