Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. seeks a Management Reporting Manager to oversee daily work of divisional accountants and coordinate with SEC reporting and external auditors.

You will review financial statements, analyze fluctuations, and support the Director of Financial Reporting with disclosures and reporting schedules. The role requires a BA/BS in Accounting with 7+ years of experience, including 3 years in supervision, CPA, and preferred Master’s in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervising employees.
• CPA is required.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of divisional accountants and guide staff.
• Review financial reports and analyze fluctuations and risks.
• Assist with preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with SEC reporting and external auditors.
• Improve reporting processes and ensure policy adherence.
