You will apply technical accounting expertise to complex transactions and partner across the business to deliver high-quality financial information. This role emphasizes improving processes and controls, supporting audits, and leveraging AI to enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEC reporting or technical accounting with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and clear communicator.
• Collaborative across Finance and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Research complex accounting matters and draft technical memoranda.
• Evaluate accounting implications of new products and initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor SEC rulemaking and assess business impacts.
• Improve reporting processes and controls, including AI/automation where appropriate.
• Support external audits and quarterly reviews.
