Job summary

Doximity in San Francisco, CA or Remote (U.S.) seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead external financial reporting, ensure SEC and US GAAP compliance, and develop technical accounting memos for complex judgments. This role partners with the VP, Accounting, CFO and CAO.

The ideal candidate will drive internal controls and improve processes, including automation, and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal and Audit teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance/accounting, CPA.
• 6-8 years in financial reporting/technical accounting in tech or public accounting.
• Experience accounting for stock-based compensation under ASC 718 in public company; familiarity with E*TRADE Equity Edge Online.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Proxy) and coordinate with outside auditors and committees.
• Prepare/review quarterly financial statements and EPS calculations; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage quarterly reporting, auditor requests, and quarter-end close.
• Identify automation opportunities in financial reporting and internal controls.
