Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEC reporting, technical accounting, public accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and financial statement prep.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear conclusions.
• Collaborator who builds relationships across Finance and бизнес teams.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve research, drafting, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes and MD&A.
• Research complex accounting matters, prepare memoranda, document conclusions for significant transactions.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate accounting implications of new products, initiatives, financing, and activities.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and SEC rulemaking, assess impacts, and support new disclosures.
• Improve financial reporting processes, controls, and disclosures; explore AI automation opportunities.
• Support annual external audit and quarterly reviews by coordinating deliverables and auditor requests.
• Support SOX controls related to SEC reporting and technical accounting.
• Complete special projects like benchmarking, accounting research, and disclosure enhancements.
