Job summary

Compunnel Inc. seeks an Associate Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to research and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements to complex transactions and reporting matters.

You will prepare disclosures for 10-K/10-Q, develop audit-ready memoranda, and collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and auditors to assess implications. You will leverage reporting systems and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control.

Qualifications

• Research complex U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosures.
• Draft audit-ready technical memoranda and disclosures for filings (10-K/10-Q).
• Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, external auditors to assess accounting implications.
• Utilize reporting systems and automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research complex U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting matters and draft audit-ready memoranda.
• Prepare disclosures and footnotes for Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Partner with finance, legal, operations, external auditors to assess implications.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables during quarterly and annual cycles.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen governance and streamline processes.
