Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including SEC reporting and management of reporting processes.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual SEC filing sections and JV GAAP statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related schedules, including cash flows and guarantor statements.
• Prepare, research, and review XBRL tagging for assigned areas.
• Administer SEC filing processes through Wdesk, including document management and filing coordination.
• Support preparation of disclosures and schedules for quarterly earnings materials.
• Assist in employee benefit plan financial statements and Form 11-K filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits; support SOX compliance.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional development and process improvements.
