Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting to lead the Company’s SEC filings and public-company reporting. You will manage two Senior Accountants and drive accurate, timely, and well-controlled 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings, disclosure governance, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations.

Ideal candidates have meaningful public-company SEC reporting experience, strong U.S.

Qualifications

Progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with public companies.
Experience preparing, reviewing, and filing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and related disclosures.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Experience remediating material weaknesses and deficiencies.
Ability to lead and develop a team of accountants.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation, review, and filing of Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other SEC filings.
Own SEC reporting calendar, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and disclosure checklists for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor SEC rules and implement enhancements to disclosures and reporting processes.
Lead remediation activities with SOX, Internal Audit, auditors, and process owners.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and governance for reporting.
