Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting to lead the Company’s SEC reporting activities and help build a best-in-class public-company reporting function. Reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting, this hands‑on leader will manage two Senior Accountants and oversee accurate, timely SEC filings and related disclosures.

The role requires meaningful public‑company SEC reporting experience, strong knowledge of U.S.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting and public-company reporting experience.
• Hands-on SEC filing experience: Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX/ICFR.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC forms and disclosures.
• Manage the SEC calendar with milestones across Accounting, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations.
• Improve controls, documentation, and disclosure governance.
