Leoforce is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager in El Segundo, CA, to lead all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring SEC compliance and strong internal controls. The role focuses on accurate filings, lease accounting, and collaboration with auditors and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SEC reporting or public accounting, with a CPA preferred, and strong communication skills to explain complex financial information to diverse audiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting.
• Proficient knowledge of SEC regulations, GAAP, SOX, and lease accounting.

Mansioni

• Oversee preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).
• Ensure financial reporting complies with SEC and GAAP.
• Manage lease accounting including lease liabilities and right-of-use assets.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors for accurate, timely reporting.
• Monitor new SEC, FASB, PCAOB rules for compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, treasury, investor relations for reporting.
• Support CFO with special projects and analyses.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
