Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).
• Ensure financial reporting complies with SEC/GAAP and lease accounting standards.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls over reporting.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior members of the financial reporting team.
• Support CFO with special projects and analyses.
